What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel or move your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time or do not show up you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. This is done as a courtesy to the stylists as well as the guests on our waiting list.

What if i’m running late for my appointment?

If you are running late for your appointment please try to contact the salon asap to let your stylist know and see if they can still accommodate you. Due to tight scheduling (allowing for appropriate time to clean before and after appointments) if you are 10 or more minutes late your appointment will have to be rescheduled.

Do you accept children as clients?

Most of our stylists will accept children upon request.

What if I want to make a dramatic change to my hair colour?

If you are looking to make a big change we require you to book a complimentary consultation with one of our stylists. During the consultation your stylist will ask about your hair history, the desired result, and your budget. Once we know all the details we will be able to make a plan to achieve your hair goals.

How can I find out how much it will cost?

You can find our pricing on the Services page. If you would like more information on pricing you are welcome to call the salon or book a complimentary consultation with one of our stylists to discuss your hair goals, what will need to be done to achieve them, and how much it will cost.

do you accept walk-ins?

We do accept walk-ins but we encourage all clients to book ahead of time to guarantee you get the date and time that works best for you.
