We encourage you to call or email the salon in advance to book your appointment. Please do not book an appointment or come to the salon if you have any symptoms of COVID-19, including dry cough, sore throat, fever, or if you have been in contact with anyone that is confirmed or suspected to have COVID-19. If you arrive at the salon and you appear to be sick you will be asked to leave and your appointment will be rescheduled for 14 days later.
Please arrive on time for your appointment and wait outside the salon until your stylist is ready for you. Due to tight scheduling (allowing for appropriate time to clean before and after appointments) if you are 10 or more minutes late your appointment will have to be rescheduled.
Please do not bring any additional guests to your appointment. Any family or friends brought along will be asked to wait outside the salon.
All guests must wear a mask for the entire duration of their visit. If you do not bring your own mask you can purchase a disposable mask from the salon for $3.
We ask that you wash your hands or sanitize with the hand sanitizer provided at the beginning and end of your appointment and anytime you use the washroom.
We are not serving refreshments at this time and ask that you do not bring any food or beverages to your appointment.
Please comply with British Colombia’s physical distancing order and remain 2 meters apart from other clients and stylists at all times.
If you would like to make a retail only purchase we encourage you to call or email the salon to arrange your order and a time to pick up and pay. This will help us keep the number of people in the salon at one time to a minimum.
If you cancel or move your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time or do not show up you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. This is done as a courtesy to the stylists as well as the guests on our waiting list.
